They were waiting for us as we got to the baggage claim area. They assisted and carried the bags to the bus all went without a problem. In Honolulu we had to change our hotel after we arrived, just one phone call to them and they arranged to pick us up at the new hotel without any issues, the staff member advised me that we had been booked for pick up too late to make our plane and we needed to change the pick up time, lucky we followed her advice, we made the gate with 15 minutes to spare.
They are the experts, I recommend that you discuss with them your planes departure time and they will tell you what time they will pick you up.

Were waiting for us at the airport and the gal had the first bag on the cart before I got there with the second one, good ride to our hotel. Right on time on our way back to the airport with a very nice shuttle.
