Horrible. I went on a trip to escape 15 months working from home. I got continual emails and phone calls at 2 and 5 am from Japan the day before I was leaving to come home. I provided my flight information when I purchased the transportation and they kept asking when to pick me up, then argued back and forth about my pick up time. Then they asked me what hotel to pick me up from. Totally harassed. The actual pick up and drop off were fine but in all my years of traveling and pre-hiring transportation, this was the worst!

You booked HTL-APT products, but flight information was airport arrival.The correct booking was APT-HTL. We received this booking within 24hours and we didn't know which is correct, so we got in touch even at midnight.
