Drive your own sled-dog team with 4 time Iditarod winner Dallas Seavey's team of mushers, handlers and champion dogs on real snow in the middle of summer surrounded by amazing scenery. Start this adventure with a helicopter ride over glaciers and icebergs. We often see moose, black bears, Dall sheep and goats. Land on a huge snow eld high on a glacier and enjoy a whole hour with champion sled dogs and their mushers that live here all summer. Take the dog team for an exhilarating ride through real snow. You can stand on the runners and mush your own dog team or just sit on the sled and let the mushers run the team. After your dogsled tour meet the canine athletes that pulled your sled, listen to stories about running sled dog races of over a 1,000 miles long, and of course take pictures with your favorite dogs. After the tour the helicopter takes you back to the lodge and you’ll fly over the lower glaciers where you can see the blue melt pools and the crevasses.

This was a great trip! We loved the dogs and the mushers were so nice and informative. We loved getting a chance to mush and we really loved petting the dogs and holding the puppies. The helicopter ride was fun too and we saw bears, moose, and mountain goats. Jennifer and Hannah were the best!!!

Took a helicopter ride from a nice lodge and then landing on a glacier after a scenic flight. We the. Went on a dog sled ride with Iditarod champion dogs (one of the dogs pulling bus had won Iditarod twice and 3-4 others were on the team that came in second in the most recent race) on top of the glacier. Got to hang out with the dogs afterwards as well as some puppies. We did a decent length dog sled course being pulled by the competitive racing dogs which was quite amazing The flight home took us low over a glacier which afforded some great views

This trip was hands down my favorite part of my trip! The helicopter ride with Shad was amazing as he pointed out as much as he could. Emily taught us so much about the sled dogs and we got to ride with them. Then landing on the glacier and walking around was unbelievable! I am SO glad that I did this!
