Enjoy two Classic Same Day San Francisco experiences in one day — a visit inside Alcatraz Island and an additional same day sightseeing Golden Gate Bridge Boat Cruise. Guests are assigned an Alcatraz boat and on the SAME DAY a Golden Gate Bridge sightseeing boat. Guests will be allotted enough time to experience both attractions.

Our tour is designed to be an easy package to experience two of the most popular attractions in one day. Relax as we pass along San Francisco’s breathtaking waterfront, passing under the Golden Gate and around Alcatraz! Learn the history of San Francisco Bay with open-air viewpoints and observe local marine life such as sea lions and more. Audio narration is provided.

Guests will be assigned an Alcatraz time slot by us somewhere between 8:45am and 4pm. We will assign your time slots and guests do not pick their slot.

Learn the history of San Francisco Bay in an open-air museum setting and observe local marine life such as sea lions, pelicans, whales and more.

I had scheduled this as we were going to be there for work. Work got cancelled and they would not issue a refund or credit I don’t recommend using this company Viator Sad they can’t accommodate people when plans change unexpectedly

Laurie: Lets be clear! You are giving us a one star review not on Alcatraz or the Bay Cruise but on the fact you missed your tour and are upset we didn't cover your cost. You get a ONE STAR for not being on time. Plain and simple. The tickets cost money. There is a value to a ticket. When you do not show up our company is still responsible to cover the cost. You missing it does not warrant us absorbing the cost. Sorry you did not make the event. This is not worthy of a review like this.

Inadequate and inconsistent travel guidance and info from your company. Information in advance at time of purchase didn’t match procedures during experience, including much needed info to complete second part of the tour. Tour company doesn’t apologize or take responsibility. This experience needs a new tour company to provide the information and guidance or else should be stopped. Paying travelers deserve better. Please protect yourself and choose another tour company to book this experience.

We have cut and paste the same instructions for 5 years now and thousands of people (except you of course) figured it out. What is so difficult? A assigned time to Alcatraz A go on your own schedule one hour bay cruise. We send out the same instructions to everyone and it is so dumbed down to say "Step one. Step two. Step Three" We provide a customer service line through Viator that is open 24/7 to help you. There is no excuse. As for a new tour company we aren't here to make magical moments. We are here to get people on Alcatraz; give them what we say we will; and complete the sale.

Very smooth process. Give clear instructions via email 2 days before. The only thing that was a bit disorganised was the fact that they didnt give a clear time for the bay cruise. So I had to wait after alcatraz which finished at 11am, until 4pm for the bay. In the mean time i did other things but if i had kids with me this would have been difficult. They only provide the time for alcatraz. The tour itself was v good and alcatraz was v organised, we had no restriction on how long we can be on the island. the boats were clean and felt safe.

As stated the bay cruise is walk up on your own schedule as you desire. It could not be any more simple to use.
