Go inside Alcatraz then relax with friends for lunch after your Alcatraz visit at a Wharf food location assigned by us. Guests can also upgrade their package to a selection that better suits their needs! (Note: Guests do not have lunch on Alcatraz island)

Guests will be assigned an Alcatraz Cruises ferry time to the island to go inside the main cell house. Experience the cell house audio tour and return on any boat you desire. Once back in SF guests can enjoy a same-day food credit option per person off your bill to one prechosen family chain dining restaurant located in Fisherman's Wharf or Union Square. Various food denominations cater to all crowds and food preferences!

What To Expect

Alcatraz Island

Package includes: • Round trip ferry boat access to Alcatraz Island from Pier 33 • Alcatraz self guided audio tour downloadable on your phone • No substitutions or future date use. Guests pay the difference of tip/tax/gratuity. Alcatraz will assign you a time to depart the Pier 33 Landing. You will take the short 15 minute boat road to experience Alcatraz Island. Stay as long as you would like and return on any ferry boat each half hour. Alcatraz portion provided by a third party company as a package. Restaurant of choice is only the food provider and does not handle any guest service issues on this package. NOTE: We do not accept any requests for food (i.e Vegan/kosher/etc) and is subject only to whatever is on the menu. We will not offer refunds for any requests or items not on the menu.

The audio cell tour was really nice. Voiced by people who were actually there, not just secondhand accounts. Loved seeing the cells of the escapees. I am one of the "they made it" believers. Definitely worth it.

We bought 2 extra tickets for friends only to find out they bought on their own. Viator said too bad. BUYER BE WARE!

Buyer Beware: Dont buy non refundable tickets if you already have some because even we do not get a refund from the National Parks.

The Alcatraz experience itself was excellent however the input from Viator on the day was non existent and value for money as I’d paid 223 pounds up front for the experience plus a lunch voucher was way more than turning up on the day and paying 45 dollars each for admission was extortionate I was expecting someone from Viator to be there waiting to guide us. But there was no one there and we just did the trip solo which as already stated would have cost considerably less overall not impressed

Not here to impress you. Alcatraz was sold out for weeks and you were lucky to obtain our tickets we had. In fact; we had people cancel on us and we were able to scramble to get you these. Sometimes you have to value going vs not going into the price of admission. Oh by the way...Youre welcome!
