What To Expect

Alcatraz Island

Once you take the ferry over to Alcatraz Island and you are dropped off, you will make your way up to the main prison building, where you receive an audio headset, and the audio tour will guide you through the Alcatraz Prison. Once the audio tour is over, you can continue taking pictures and exploring the Island, or you can walk back down to the ferry landing and hop on the next ferry headed back to San Francisco. The Alcatraz tour typically takes 2-3 hours to enjoy.

Great customer service. Easy to access your tickets if purchased online. Took a bday trip from San Diego to SF that took a little longer due to traffic and accidents so we were glad to see how easy and pleasant this experience was . Thank you!!!

Booking a package tour should of been more convenient. Had to uber to get bikes then ride ourselves to boat dock.. then return bikes to far location again and uber to hotel.. Alcatraz was very interesting and loved the audio tour but it smelled of urine and tons if pesky flies!
