What To Expect

Alcatraz Island

Once you take the ferry over to Alcatraz Island and you are dropped off, you will make your way up to the main prison building, where you receive an audio headset, and the audio tour will guide you through the Alcatraz Prison. Once the audio tour is over, you can continue taking pictures and exploring the Island, or you can walk back down to the ferry landing and hop on the next ferry headed back to San Francisco. The Alcatraz tour typically takes 2-3 hours to enjoy.

I found this company via google search. Regular Alcatraz tickets were sold out for days, but this company thankfully came through with 2 tickets for me! When I called them, Al was so helpful and friendly. He walked me through step-by-step directions on how to receive the tickets. Al personally texted me the tickets, and even checked up on us before and after the scheduled tour. I had told Al off the bat that I wasn’t interested in using the bikes so he was kind enough to write me a coupon to give to my family or friends to use them instead. Al was so kind and really made our experience with this company wonderful. Thanks again!!! :)

The audio tour in Alcatraz was really good. The ferry ride was awesome. It would have been good if the boat could be filled on first come first go basis rather than having to wait there. Give more direction on the combined hop on hop off bus

Spent a lot of money to find out there was a site seeing your attached to the Alcatraz trip. The advertisement was not clear and the directions of where to go unclear. Ultimately did not take the site seeing tour.
