What To Expect

Ali'i Drive

This Ali'i Drive tour is at your pace, and is fully customizable! We'll take your group to the multiple beaches, activity locations, and shopping centers of Ali'i Drive. We can even take part of your group to the beach and others shopping while coordinating to make sure everyone gets back together.

Kahalu'u Beach Park

Visit Kahalu'u Beach for some snorkeling or a surf lesson. Or maybe just sit back and people watch and whenever you're ready we'll move on to the next Ali'i Drive location of your choice. Snorkels and surf lessons not included.

Honl's Beach

Spend some time at this small beach. This soft sand beach is the birthplace of body boarding. After your time here we'll move on to the next Ali'i Drive of your choice.

Kona Inn Shopping Village

Enjoy a nice stroll through the Kona Inn Shopping Village at your pace. Partake in some retail therapy, look through art galleries, order some "dole whip", and enjoy lunch at a local eatery. When you're done here we'll move on to the next Ali'i Drive location.

Magic Sands

Enjoy the soft sands and powerful surf at Magic Sands Beach Park without all the hassles of dealing with parking. After you get your fill of Magic Sands Beach Park we'll move on to the next Ali'i Drive location of your choice.

Kailua-Kona

Included in this tour is the availability to make other stops around the Kailua-Kona area. Need to make a quick stop for groceries or run another light errand, we're happy to help accommodate your priorities.

Our tour was amazing. Derick was extremely knowledgeable and took great care of us. We stopped at a delicious local bakery per his recommendation and we had a wonderful tour of the black sand beach. Derick worked with us to accommodate our requests. If you’re looking for a private tour of the Big Island I highly recommend this tour.

We had a small group of friends who wanted to go on what we call a Beerventure - an adventure sampling beer at three craft breweries on the Big Island. Derick was an excellent driver and guide, taking us to Big Island Brewhaus, Kona Brewing Company, and Ola Brewing. The van was comfortable and we had peace of mind knowing that we could relax and leave the driving to an experienced professional. The tour was OUTSTANDING! Derick communicated with us to ascertain activities/points of interest that were important to us. He picked us up right at the port in a comfortable luxury van and drove us to beautiful and interesting destinations.
