I just felt like the tour group was to big and it was hard to hear the gentleman. If you had the group smaller and you could hear all the interesting information it would be much better.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us! It saddens me that your experience was not all you hope it would be. We cap all our public tour group at 26 guest. We try our best to keep all our tours lower than a standard classroom size. It sounds like that the public tours are not something of interest for you. Maybe a more intimate tour experience would have cultivated you more. That being said we do offer private tours, which sounds like it would have been more beneficial.

We were so lucky to have Jonathan as our tour guide. He took the time to memorize everyoneā€™s name. And checked on you - by name - throughout the tour. He is so knowledgeable and shared stories and facts that I had not heard before. He truly made the tour for us.

1) Chucking it down worh rain 2) Fog coming in 3) Ridiculous complex process to get up there 4) Someone should have warned us that the Rockefeller Tree was being lit up - so access just to get onto and into the centre was awful - bur apart from that!

Thank you for sharing your weather concerns with us! I'm glad you still got a chance to experience one of our exceptional tours. Even though, the weather might have hindered the experience for you a bit. Upon booking, we do disclosure that our tours run rain or shine, to plan accordingly. We allow guest to book out to the next year, to be able to plan in accordance with the weather forecast. Currently, the Rockefeller tree is not apart of our 911 Ground Zero tour. 911 is a very impactful historic tragedy that occured in the united states and we try to use our Ground Zero tour as a opportunity to focus solely on this historic tragedy.
