All-Access 9/11: Ground Zero Tour, Memorial and Museum, One World Observatory

Overview
This deeply personal tour of Ground Zero begins at the site of what served as a rescue center for victims and place for mementos after the attacks: St. Paul's Chapel. The historic church was miraculously unharmed when the Twin Towers fell.

You'll then walk to the 9/11 Memorial where we'll reflect on the lives lost in the World Trade Center attacks. See "Reflecting Absence," the largest man-made waterfalls on the continent. Your guide will share the meaning behind the memorial, stories from the day, and how New Yorkers came together in the aftermath.

Afterward, visit the 9/11 Museum with your skip-the-line ticket for a self-guided tour of the exhibits and artifacts. Next, walk over to Freedom Tower, and in the lobby, you can watch "Voices," a film about the Twin Towers and Freedom Tower, before riding the SkyPod elevator 1,250 feet up. Visit the tri-level One World Observatory for panoramic views of NYC, immersive LED displays, and the See Forever Theater.

Tim Douglas is a very good tour guide. He remembered everyone's name and was very informative. He told us some very nice and unknown facts about the 911 museum that we never knew. These small details are very nice to know. He was also very much of out time and kept the tour moving.

Tim was a fabulous tour guide...loved his New York twang. He explained details about the memorial and how they put a white rose at the name of a loved one on their birthday. Took us to the eleven tears which we did not know about and was very moving to see. He was respectful to those tragically taken with all his stories and knowledge.

Our guide, Jaclyn Montgomery, was an amazing ambassador for our small group's visit to the 9/11 Memorial area. Her passion and presentation were engaging and informative. After our group tour, she took us to the front of the line to get into the museum, which is self-guided. Feeling somber upon leaving the 9/11 museum, we walked over to the new Freedom Tower, where we were whisked to the top to the One World Observatory. The views were incredible, and the operation is first class. If you're going to do the 9/11 Memorial, this package is the way to go and highly recommended.
