Tony, our tour guide, did a wonderful job explaining different monuments, and aspects of the tour. Itā€™s a lot of walking but weā€™ll worth it. Beautiful experience!

I would rate "Brian" with the highest scores possible. He offered information in an informative and sensitive way, and answered all questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. I appreciated his perspective and his understanding of what details should be shared. I live across the river in NJ and knew several people who died that day. Also, my son was right there getting ready to go into the tower for a business meeting and barely missed being on one of the upper floors--where people couldn't get out. He saw his good friend jump to his death. My son died later from after-effects of that trauma and from medical issues from ingesting the fumes. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to handle the information offered on the tour, but Brian offered information so sensitively that I felt the peace that now engulfs that space. Thank you, Brian...

Everything was wonderful. Hal our tour guide couldā€™ve definitely used a microphone so everybody could hear him during the tour. I do believe it should be mentions that there is a lot of walking for this tour.
