This is an absolute MUST! Our tour guide Ray was an amazing person. Professional and passionate about the story he was telling. The personal experiences that he shared throughout the tour were second to none. We learned so much about the events of that day the world news did not cover. His stories and experiences moved my wife and I to tears at moments. Such an amazing experience, and rightfully named as such. The memorial park at ground zero is stunning and somber. The layout, detail, and thought that went into every detail was inspiring and touching. The grounds themselves are a painful and needed reminder of the toll these senseless acts took on our country, these people and their families and loved ones. The museum was an intense and immersive experience. The way they laid out the design and exhibits truly paint the picture of the events of that fateful day. From the artifact to the memoriam, this is an emotional and compassionate encounter that cannot be put into words. I was in awe the entire walk through this museum, and felt the emotion, care, and love that went into every exhibit. The World Trade Center Observatory was absolutely breathtaking! It, too, is an experience, not just an attraction. From the moment you walk in you feel the hope and uplifting attitude of the rebuild. Standing 1776 feet tall it is an absolute symbol of freedom and a sign to the world that you cannot break us. From the ashes of that day rose a beautiful reminder of the resilience of the people of New York and the world who terrorist thought they could stamp out with senseless acts of violence. If you do not attend this tour while you are in New York you are definitely missing out. This site is the site of the most memorable and tragic event to ever happen in our great nation. The world stopped that day, and while you are there, your world will stop while you lose yourself in the stories of tragedy and triumph of so many. God bless those lost, those left behind, the first responders, those effected by these events 20 years ago, and the United States.

911 museum was very moving. It never gets old. I had been there twice before. The views from 1 WTC was also quite good. Having been up to the Windows on the World restaurant in the twin towers, I was reminded of what we had lost on 9/11/01
