The best tour we did and also the most interesting. We did not realise that there was seven towers. The guide took us round the outside of the memorial, then left us to go round the exhibits in the museum. Lots to look at. We then went up the observatory which gave fantastic views, a pity there was no outside area. You really need to give yourself a full day to really appreciate everything that is there.

Fantastic tour well detailed by Richard Nalley, very interesting, well organized, which had everyone's attention. The National September 11 Memorial with the 9/11 Memorial Museum was stunning, . It features displays that include artifacts, photos, and videos, presenting the story of 9/11, as well as the aftermath and impacts.A must take tour. The Freedom tower,an iconic New York landmark, with its fabulous view of New York. I recommend booking the All-Access 9/11: Ground Zero Tour, Memorial and Museum, One World Observatory .

You can do this on your own reading the plaque around each space and paying your fee directly to the museums and landmarks that you want to see. The guide, smelled like whiskey so bad! He talked with a ā€œspeakerā€ that you couldnā€™t hear. I would have had a much better time not going with the ā€œtourā€. This was sold as a tour. first thing that was put off by, he portrays himself as a survivor and running to his office. However, he was not directly at ground zero. I would have not been as put off has he been honest from beginning. Second, YOU DO NOT GO INTO THE CHURCH. You stand outside of it. You get counted into the visiting church count, but he does not allow time for you to go in. You go around the cemetery. But you do not go in. Itā€™s solely a meeting place. In our tour day it was the worst weather day. It poured our entire ā€œtourā€. We were threatened with calling police because our tour guide continually obstructed the entrance to building 4. He doesnā€™t actually go in to the 9/11 museum so you are paying him but he is only guiding you for 2 hours. Itā€™s cheaper to ā€œtourā€ on your own.
