First, the bus broke down and we waited for two hours for a replacement bus. Second, the stops we made were all too short to actually see the attractions - my son was super disappointed that we couldnā€™t do the maze at the Dole plantation or ride the train. Basically it was, hop off the bus, buy cheap trinkets, get back on the bus. Third, we didnā€™t learn much about the island. Fourth, the snorkeling spot was too rocky and the waves too rough for us to actually snorkel. We did see a sea turtle on the beach, so that was cool. If I had it to do again Iā€™d rent a car, drive to the spots on the tour I actually cared about and spend as much time as I felt like at each. It would have cost about the same.

WOW! Sarah, that's terrible! We are extremely sorry this happened to you. However, we have never had a bus break down in the history of our company. You left a review, we believe, for a completely different company. If you tell us your driver / tour guide's name we can help you find the correct company for leaving a review. Once again though we are very sorry this happened and hope you enjoy the rest of your vacation. Aloha

What a day we had! Weā€™d done the circle tour 6 years ago and thought seeing the sites again would be fun. Our driver, Dennis & our guide, Ian made the day special. So accommodating, flexible, great interaction with everybody on the bus & so knowledgeable on the history of the Island. Ian learned the names of each of the 24 guests within the first 2 hours. Great sense of humour. James who from whom we bought the tour mentioned that if we we get Ian as our host that weā€™d have an awesome day. He was right. It truly was awesome! Highly recommend the Circle Tour. Really interesting sight seeing tour. Good narration by the driver. Got to know a lot about the island as a whole. Culture, buildings, infrastructure and where the rich and famous come to hide. Well timed stops and schedule was comfortable. Make note this is not a short tour.
