Turned up at the time I booked , preplanned in advance to be told that Viator hadn’t sent the booking reference through on the bus company … no seats on bus and we were turned away … they told us to come back in an hour so they could Try and gif us on the next bus …. Ruined our day and experience …. Should Be provided with a refund or partial Refund due to the mess

Transport is very punctual for pickups from the start till the end. Bus seats are also very comfortable which were very much needed after a whole day of shopping! Overall, recommend this package. if youre heading over to nyc, GO FOR IT!
