I had two separate orders for 2 leis each time - they never delivered the first order but did the second one. Would love a refund for the leis that were never delivered (he called over an hour after the plane landed / no one was there to greet the plane)

No representative at the booth to pick up lei. Called and waited 30 minutes on hold for a person to arrive and he was hesitant to give the lei out to Us. Not very nice, did not know anything. I understand everyone is understaffed. I wanted it to be a surprise for my girlfriends birthday. Disappointed

No one met us at the entrance nor replied to the contact us link chat. I jd to go find them in the airport based on their parent company from the ticket.
