after waiting an hour , we were finally met by someone who arrived with no leis for the girls. we were told we would not able to get a refund just because they were late but after I called him back and told him he showed up empty-handed then I was able to get a refund. Not the greatest memory made in Hawaii

When we arrived at the airport we went to the speedishuttle desk and nobody was there. Then I had to run around and find out where somebody was. Then I got sent to the shuttle driver. He was confused and thought we were riding with him but very nice. He then called Melanie and I told her I wanted a full refund. It was not the experience I had hoped for.

No one showed up on either package I booked. I Insist refund. Horrible. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
