Overview
Alpine Visitors Centre Tour - This is a great tour if you wish to cover all 3 ecosystems. We start in the lower valley and get you right up to the Alpine Visitors Centre at 11,796 feet. You will encounter breathtaking views, but remember to layer up and bring warm clothes as there is usually snow at the top year round. We get you to the areas most people drive past and give you extra time at each stop for photos. Tours are interpretive and we leave you with memories that will last a lifetime.

This experience confirmed my long-held belief that the expense of a guided tour maximizes the time and the experience of the vacation. Our affable and knowledgeable guide provided us with a wide variety of scenic, geological, and historical experiences that would have taken us days to research for ourselves. I left the park [reluctantly] with a sense that I had sampled the best it had to offer. The two-way radio communication between cars worked splendidly and easily. I would strongly recommend this tour as a magnificent orientation to the Park, regardless of whether you are a short-term or long-term visitor.

This was an absolutely amazing experience!! Our tour guide (Michael) was so knowledgeable and knew where all the good spots were to see wildlife and good photo op views.

Do not hesitate to book this tour. It is outstanding. My husband and I had a wonderful morning exploring RMNP with John. He was extremely knowledgeable about the park and it’s history. He knew just where to stop and view the wildlife. We were able to see big horn sheep, elk, deer and lots of little creatures. The moose were a bit elusive, but John gave it a great try. John pointed out various types of wild flowers and described the different eco systems we were visiting. He welcomed questions and entertained us with trivia about the park. Some of the best pictures we have were taken of us by John in some of the picturesque stops we made.
