This was such a great activity for my family. Booking was easy and everything was ready upon our arrival. Lofton Creek provided not only a scenic view, but also the chance to see a bit of wildlife. Because this is a self-guided tour, you can move at your own pace and upon your return, a staff member is ready to help you unload and takes care of the kayaks. This is definitely something we will do again. A word of advice, the directions listed on the ticket are correct. The boat launch had me confused, as I was expecting to see a depot/shop for the organizer. However, we immediately saw the trailer with kayaks when we drove into the parking lot.

The staff was wonderful! Kind, informative, & helpful. We had a beautiful trip down Lofton Creek....serene, peaceful, and meditative. It was my husband’s first time and he loved it. We both highly recommend.

Pete at Adventures Up The Creek was AMAZING. He gave us all kinds of information prior to the trip, and was extremely flexible with our schedule when we couldn't make our initial time. I was expecting "cheap" kayaks, but was pleasantly surprised by the padded/cushioned seats and everything was in great shape. The creek/river was absolutely beautiful, with lots of shade trees and spots to pull off and check for wildlife. We didn't see any alligators, but apparently there were a few according to the folks that went before us. The current at the time of launch wasn't too bad, but was noticeable on the way back, for those who may be new or aren't used to kayaking outside of a lake... Overall, 10/10, I wish I could rate higher!!! Thanks Pete!
