Only on Hilton Head and only in Harbour Town can you sail aboard the real America's Cup, 12 meter, Stars & Stripes once skippered by the famous Dennis Connor. All trips take place under full sail. We only use our motor to get in and out of Harbour Town.

We don't offer any infant rates for this trip as the tickets are a per person rate. All ages will need a ticket.
Stars & Stripes is USCG approved to carry up to 30 passengers, but since COVID we have limited public capacity to 20 passengers.
Private charters are available for Stars & Stripes. Please contact Vagabond Cruise if you are interested to learn more about this option.

We had our girls trip. We did the sail & had a wonderful experience. We saw so many Dolphins & jelly fish. The Dolphins were so playful, they were tossing the jelly fish in the air like a ball. The staff were great! We highly recommend the sail.

Learned some history and enjoyed my first time sailing. Crew was awesome and very accommodating. Weather was so nice and saw lots of dolphins!

Would give zero stars if possible. Booked the cruise for my wife and myself for our wedding anniversary. Received confirmation of booking. Got a call 20 minutes before leaving for boarding informing me that the cruise was canceled because they didn't have enough passengers. When booking, there could have been a notice that confirmation would be sent when minimum booking numbers were obtained. No clue this was even a possibility. My best advice to anyone considering Vagabond is DON'T DO IF IT'S OFF SEASON. Beyond disappointed.

We are very sorry that your sail was cancelled. With the unusually cold weather we have seen the past few days our bookings have been very light this week for some of our sailing trips. We do need a minimum of 8 passengers booked to set sail on a given trip and the crew needs at least 2-hours notice to get the vessel ready to sail. This information is on our booking confirmations, and we always hope that we don't need to cancel or adjust bookings but sometimes this does come up. I do hope that you try us again in the future, and if you do please contact me directly and we will get you out at a discounted rate. We do also have sails going out today and into the remainder of the week that I could get you out on still.
