Only on Hilton Head and only in Harbour Town can you sail aboard the real America's Cup, 12 meter, Stars & Stripes once skippered by the famous Dennis Connor. All trips take place under full sail. We only use our motor to get in and out of Harbour Town.

We don't offer any infant rates for this trip as the tickets are a per person rate. All ages will need a ticket.
Stars & Stripes is USCG approved to carry up to 30 passengers, but since COVID we have limited public capacity to 20 passengers.
Private charters are available for Stars & Stripes. Please contact Vagabond Cruise if you are interested to learn more about this option.

The sail was excellent and comfortable for most on board. The captain was experienced and interacted with passengers well. People with mobility issues had some occasional difficulties. Seating is not comfortable and if weather is bad no place for protection in the boat. Our sail was pleasant due to good conditions.

This is the second time I've gone sailing on this boat on Hilton Head. Totally enjoyed it and will likely do it again in the future. Saw lots of dolphins and pelicans feeding. Wonderful, relaxing way to spend an afternoon

Capt Pete, Emily and Ricky were fabulous. Emily made sure everyone was comfortable and went above and beyond to accommodate. Ricky was extremely knowledgeable about everything even beyond sailing. It was wonderful just to watch him sail. There were dolphins the entire trip and gorgeous views about. We learned a lot about the sea and HHI. This was exhilarating for a 5 year old and a 75 year old! Tips: if you can sit on the floor the middle is awesome! Those who can’t sit on the floor there are “seats” in the back. Arrive early and board first to get your pick! The beverages on board were fun. The evening sail was FABULOUS! Everyone gets a chance to be hands on and not just for a photo op! We’d do this again!
