Only on Hilton Head and only in Harbour Town can you sail aboard the real America's Cup, 12 meter, Stars & Stripes once skippered by the famous Dennis Connor. All trips take place under full sail. We only use our motor to get in and out of Harbour Town.

We don't offer any infant rates for this trip as the tickets are a per person rate. All ages will need a ticket.
Stars & Stripes is USCG approved to carry up to 30 passengers, but since COVID we have limited public capacity to 20 passengers.
Private charters are available for Stars & Stripes. Please contact Vagabond Cruise if you are interested to learn more about this option.

Just awesome. Captain and crew. Kaylie part of the crew is also a marine biologist she is great. We where lucky enough to spot dolphins. You can also volunteer to hoist the mainsail, grind on winch or take the helm which is pretty darn cool. Do as much or as little as you want. Volunteer and get a free drink. In case of weather they will keep you updated but call any way. Recomend the Quarter Deck for dinner which is connected to the lighthouse as well. Sit upstairs for a gorgeous view west and make a reservation. PEACE

Excellent trip, knowledgeable staff, had a great time with a senior correct and with two young boys ages 4 and 7.

My group was looking forward to the sailboat tour, and thought it would be the highlight of the trip. However, we were miserable. It was 98 degrees with a heat index of 113, with little to no wind to actually pick up the sail of the boat. We misunderstood and thought the trip would be more interactive and that the boat would go out further than it did. The boat stayed in the harbor the entire time. The weather definitely did not help with the enjoyment of the trip, but overall we were pretty bored for 90 minutes. The one real positive of the company is that one member of our group canceled two nights before and upon calling to let them know they did refund her portion of the cost right away. So we are thankful for that!
