Only on Hilton Head and only in Harbour Town can you sail aboard the real America's Cup, 12 meter, Stars & Stripes once skippered by the famous Dennis Connor. All trips take place under full sail. We only use our motor to get in and out of Harbour Town.

We don't offer any infant rates for this trip as the tickets are a per person rate. All ages will need a ticket.
Stars & Stripes is USCG approved to carry up to 30 passengers, but since COVID we have limited public capacity to 20 passengers.
Private charters are available for Stars & Stripes. Please contact Vagabond Cruise if you are interested to learn more about this option.

Brought my kids on this trip and we all had a great time. Fun, knowledgeable crew, very nice boat with a cool history (won the America’s Cup in 1987), lots of opportunities to help with various tasks if you’re inclined, or you can just sit back with an adult beverage and enjoy the ride. Once you’re out of the marina, only the sails are used and this boat can get up and go! It’s not as fast as when it raced in the cup due to safety modifications they had to make to the keel so they could have passengers on board, but this boat can still fly! We saw plenty of dolphins along the way and the kids had a great time...many thanks to the crew! You’re only out on the water for about 90 minutes so if you’re like us you won’t want the trip to end! I highly recommend this trip and will definitely be going again in the near future! Many thanks to the crew!

Fun, relaxing, and interactive. The captain was amazing and let us steer the boat. Crew was friendly.

My family and I had a wonderful time! My father and I both got the opportunity to take the helm for a while. The Captain and Crew were absolutely fantastic. A must do if in Hilton Head!
