Unfortunately, I have to agree with many people's worst experiences and more, but more on that later. Too crowded, no places to sit, too expensive. Then around 3:00 p.m. m., we hear a big, loud BOOM. My family had gone to the address where the decoration fell, we panicked, we didn't know how to find it, a very bad experience, we never want to return to the place

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We apologize for your experience and frustration. The safety of our guests is our highest priority, and we are conducting a thorough investigation into the incident that occurred to ensure the park meets all safety regulations and requirements before reopening. E-mails were sent to all ticket holders from February 19th. If you did not receive this email, please contact a member of our guest services team at [email protected] and be sure to include your booking number for better assistance. We kindly ask for your patience in allowing at least 48 hours to respond to requests while we work through a high volume of guest communication. As with any popular family park or attraction operating during a holiday weekend, our parks are well attended. We encourage you to visit again during an off-peak period for a better experience. Weekends and holidays are the busiest times, so we recommend visiting on a weekday or over a non-holiday weekend. Regarding our pricing, we are the largest indoor water park in North America, and we are very competitively priced versus similar attractions, with tickets starting at $79 for off-peak periods and $89 to $99 during peak periods. If you live within driving distance, you do not have to spend money on hotels and airfare, which makes our park much more affordable than other options located further away. On top of that, while most parks charge $30 or more for parking, American Dream only charges $5 for the entire day. We also offer other ticketing options which can reduce the price per visit, including our Season Splash Pass and Dream Pass. Again, we sincerely apologize for your experience. We would appreciate the opportunity to provide you a better experience on a future visit. Please refer to our website for updates on the opening hours for the park. We appreciate your loyalty and patronage and look forward to welcoming you again in the future. Thank you. American Dream Management

I went with my 4 year old to the Nickelodeon experience and was very disappointed. We went on an ordinary Sunday and spent 1 hour circling around the parking lots with many other cars all looking for someone to leave. Then when we got in, a material amount of the rides were broken. And the. Kiddie rides all had 20-30 minute waits. Lastly, we paid $170 for the tickets alone. Overall it’s nice in concept but way too crowded and expensive to be worth a visit.

Absolutely horrible experience. Paid to get into the park only to have 1 roller coaster actively working. Then tried to get on another one, only to have it break down as we were next to go on the ride. Approached the front desk for a refund and was told “probably wasn’t going to happen.” Will be submitting a claim with our credit card company.

Hello, Thank you for visiting American Dream and for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear your experience did not meet your expectations and that we were unable to provide you with a 5-star visit during your trip. Guest Safety is our highest priority at American Dream. For safety or maintenance reasons, we do need to take some of our rides or attractions out of service from time to time. This can last for a few hours, or for planned annual maintenance, multiple days. As we are open year-round, this means that at any given time, it is not possible to have all attractions in operation. However, for any temporary or unplanned outages, we do our best to get them back in service as quickly as possible. Any ride outages that we anticipate lasting the full day are always noted on our website, as well as at our Admissions Counter. We encourage our guests to check our website before coming to be aware of which rides or attractions may not be in operation for that day. We hope you give us another try in the future. We look forward to dreaming with you again! Kindly, Maeve
