Dear Guest,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We apologize for your experience and frustration.
The safety of our guests is our highest priority, and we are conducting a thorough investigation into the incident that occurred to ensure the park meets all safety regulations and requirements before reopening.
E-mails were sent to all ticket holders from February 19th. If you did not receive this email, please contact a member of our guest services team at
[email protected] and be sure to include your booking number for better assistance. We kindly ask for your patience in allowing at least 48 hours to respond to requests while we work through a high volume of guest communication.
As with any popular family park or attraction operating during a holiday weekend, our parks are well attended. We encourage you to visit again during an off-peak period for a better experience. Weekends and holidays are the busiest times, so we recommend visiting on a weekday or over a non-holiday weekend.
Regarding our pricing, we are the largest indoor water park in North America, and we are very competitively priced versus similar attractions, with tickets starting at $79 for off-peak periods and $89 to $99 during peak periods. If you live within driving distance, you do not have to spend money on hotels and airfare, which makes our park much more affordable than other options located further away. On top of that, while most parks charge $30 or more for parking, American Dream only charges $5 for the entire day. We also offer other ticketing options which can reduce the price per visit, including our Season Splash Pass and Dream Pass.
Again, we sincerely apologize for your experience. We would appreciate the opportunity to provide you a better experience on a future visit. Please refer to our website for updates on the opening hours for the park.
We appreciate your loyalty and patronage and look forward to welcoming you again in the future.
Thank you.
American Dream Management
