Once you have purchased a voucher, you MUST reserve a time with the museum. Please see below instructions on how to book online through the Museum website.

• Go to upper right corner press Reserve Tickets
• On the next page scroll down to Select Tickets
• Choose the fourth box “Passholders or IDNYC and Corporate Members”
• Next, scroll down and add number of people attending and press continue
• Next, select date and time of arrival and press continue
• Then you will see Review Cart press continue
• Go to Guest Checkout and enter your email address and press Continue as Guest
• Under Billing Address, enter your required information
• Last step complete order

Instructions:
For assistance booking your entry to the Museum, please call the Central Reservations Department at 212-769-5200 daily 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST.
Once your Museum reservation is confirmed, simply show the email upon arrival. You do not have to print anything or pay again.
If you are eligible for ticketed exhibitions, Hayden Planetarium Space Show, or giant-screen film they will be selected on arrival.

This museum never disappoints, and is a great stop for all travelers young and not so young. Planetarium is a must do!

So much to see, in queue when doors opened and one of last out when doors closed, still did not see it all. Best bits for us - planetarium, dinos especially the titanosaurus, mummy exhibition, life in the oceans, planet earth and meteorites, butterfly exhibition walk into room with miriads of exotic flying butterflies.
The beat the queue ticket was wasted as there was no special counter for vouchers, still had to join the main queue for security and for collecting our tickets. Be ready to book the time slots for the planetarium, butterflies, mummies, Imax show. Imax show was a BBC TV film on flying with the birds, most of which we have seen in UK albeit on a smaller screen and we felt we could have better spent this time on other activities.

Highly recommended - plan a whole day for the visit.

Fantastic place. The dinosaur exhibition is a must see and would be amazing for young children.
