Many visitors to Lancaster seek out meaningful personal contact with the Amish community. Imagine visiting three Amish properties where our longstanding relationships allow you to become their guests during your stay. This exclusive tour is limited to 14 guests, and provides the rare opportunity to meet and talk to various Amish where they live and work. The three stops: Visit an Amish farm at milking time, go behind-the-scenes with an Amish craftsman, and then sit and chat with an Amish family right in their home.

Although a little pricy, it is a wonderful opportunity to see first hand how the Amish families earn their living and live. We visited a Dairy Farm (sad that they can't make a living just on milk these days), a woodworking shop, and visited a family home and sat and talked with them about life. It was wonderful to meet these sweet genuine people.

So fun and informative. Just what we were looking for! Jim was kind and never rushed us. Our favorite part was the sit down talk with an Amish couple. This was awesome and we would highly recommend this!

Everyone loves this tour - and it is often hard for our guides to get people out of the last stop when it is time to go. Jim certainly has a great knack for knowing how to wrap up the visit without rushing anyone.
