The drivers were a no show. The number that I was given was unanswered. They refused to refund my payment. The person I dealt with had a 202 area code and wasn't anywhere in Alaska. I was able to get a cab from the Anchorage airport to our hotel at half of what I was charged by Viator.

No one answered telephone so I had no idea if anyone was there and took a cab. Instructions were terrible. No one at airport had heard of you.
