Overview

This 8-hour tour makes the most of a one day journey on the Apache Trail. See the Sonoran Desert and Canyon Lake via a small group of up to five passengers maximum. This small group tour gives you a more personal and comfortable experience as you make your way to your final destination. You will be taken to a variety of stops throughout this tour such as the Superstition Mountain Museum, Goldfield Ghost Town, and Tortilla Flat. What To Expect

Goldfield Ghost Town

Visit the Old West! This replica 1890s mining town has everything from a mine tour, to a train ride, and zip lining and rock and gem and mineral shops.

Superstition Mountains

Scenic Drive through the amazing rocky scenery and cactus filled Sonoran Desert on the route to Canyon Lake.

The Dolly Steamboat

Enjoy a 90 minute narrated nature cruise on beautiful Canyon Lake.

Superstition Mountain Museum

Step back in time and into a Hollywood Western movie set complete with gallows and stagecoach. Visit the museum and learn about the beginnings of the Apache Trail.

Get yourselves lunch at this saloon style wagon stop in the middle of the Superstition Mountains.

We had a great time! Saw a lot of sites and the views of the Phoenix area. Our tour guide was amazing and knew a lot of history and told great stories. I loved the steamboat ride, it was so nice and relaxing. We did not see a lot of wildlife though, probably due to the time of day and heat! They were hiding out and I don't blame them! I stayed inside the cabin and only went out on the deck to take pictures! :)

Our guide Darien did a great job and was very informative about local plants and wildlife. The Dolly Steamboat was a fun and cool way to enjoy the beautiful scenery on Canyon Lake and we had alot of fun at the museum and local shops . Highly recommend!
