Tour guide, Chris Tipp, was waiting at designated place when we turned up ready to take us on this tour. He was very knowledgeable about not only Greenwich Village but Manhattan in general. His enthusiasm soon rubbed off as we immersed ourselves in the tour. Well worth doing as you would miss so much doing this under your own steam. Really interesting, vibrant part of NY with lots of history.
