This is where troops rallied before the "Battle of Asheville" in the Civil War. Southern ghosts still violently shove some people to the ground, and spectral drums are heard beating in the night.

Brian was captivating during the entire walk with his depiction of Asheville history, spooky ghost stories and overall love for the city. My husband and I could have walked for much longer than 2 hours listening to everything he shared with us. Well done! We recommend this tour to everyone!

This tour was awesome! Our amazing guide led us through the long forgotten stories and history of Asheville. The history was incredible, the stories added great depth and curiosity, and the stroll was delightful. I would highly recommend for anyone visiting Asheville, it’s well worth the time and money!
