This is where troops rallied before the "Battle of Asheville" in the Civil War. Southern ghosts still violently shove some people to the ground, and spectral drums are heard beating in the night.

I good tour of Asheville regarding ghost and horrifying events. Even shares known info of pre-Asheville (Morristown) to help understand Asheville in its modern day glory. If visiting Asheville, I recommend doing this tour in the beginning of your trip. Will help you find restaurants and even speakeasies that date back to prohibition.
