Overview

Foodies wanted! Come enjoy diverse plates in the heart of Downtown Houston at some of city's most famous restaurants. This tour will begin at the Historic Market Square Park (outside Niko Niko's) where you will learn about Houston's rich history, beautiful architecture, & diversity of cultures.

The tour consists of 3 stops where you will try 8-9 delicious food samplings including authentic Mexico City cuisine, traditional Asian novelties, Houston's unique take on Italian-American, & dessert. These meals are pre-ordered & will be coming out fresh for your whole group. Guests will also enjoy views of the tallest building in Texas & private limited access into largest downtown tunnel system in the USA! (1/3 of tour spent in tunnels) We hope to be eating with you soon!

On this tour we will be going to some of Houston's hottest restaurants. At each of these restaurants your tour guide will point out the 2 tallest buildings in Texas, the building where the original State Capital, a memorial for 911, and much more!

Downtown Tunnels

Access to newest portion of the Downtown Houston Tunnel system which is largest in the United States and second in North America

Based off doing other food tours in states, I thought this was going to be small samples but my family was full after the first stop. The food was delicious and tour guide Victoria made it hard not to want to comeback to restaurants after. The tour also provided a good introductory into Houston and the downtown tunnel. Well worth your time and breaking your diet for.

This was our first time doing a food tour and I thought it was a perfect mix of food, sightseeing, socializing, and getting to enjoy the ambiance of the restaurants. I was very filled up by the 2nd restaurant so we actually ended up taking a food portion of food home, although we saw other tour participants do the same. My husband who is a native Texan said the tacos were among the best he has ever had and much different than what he is accustomed to. Vanessa was a lovely and personable guide, she made each restaurant location feel like an experience and showed the city/tunnels off well. I thought food tours were typically just small portions, however I now want to do more food tours in other cities because of this experience. Totally worth it
