This is a must do for both natives and tourists alike. Vanessa was awesome! It will take approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. A lot of walking. You will be able to get a restroom break, midway. Not too many places or opportunities to be seated. The tunnel itself is a nice surprise with history. Our teenage daughter enjoyed it, however don’t think young kids would. I would suggest to be sure to eat before you go. After the tour Vanessa helped us with ideas for the remaining of our Houston visit. Many photo ops. So glad we did this!

During the two hour walking downtown tunnel tour the group can expect to walk about one mile to one mile and a half.
