Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
If you have previous neck, back, heart, injuries or shoulder dislocations, are pregnant or wearing a hard cast - you will not be able to fly.
In order to provide a safe experience for its customers and instructors, iFLY may not be able to accommodate flyers who weigh between 260-300 lbs and will not be able to accommodate flyers whose weight exceeds 300 lbs. Upon check in for flight reservations, additional evaluation by local staff will be required to determine if flyers between 260-300 lbs can be accommodated and whether additional restrictions may apply.
Minimum age is 3 years
Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver
It is recommended that you wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers or running shoes and comfortable clothes
If you need to reschedule after your reservation is made please call the location directly. Modifications to reservation dates and times cannot be done any other way.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

The customer service is awful. They have no way to assist with providing direct information on how to obtain the photos and videos that you have purchased. I went her for my 1st experience and i totally dread it now. It was awful. I totally wanted to recapture this lovely moment but the employees are unaware Phil and Arie

My husband and I found this on a things to do in Atlanta site and figured we might as well and we are so glad we did. At check in the guy talked us into upgrading to a 4 minute sessions instead of 2 and I’m glad he did. Our instructor was Harrell and he was incredible. He paid very close attention to detail, gave simple instructions and made our first time unforgettable. He gave pointers between each flight session to make sure we got the best experience each time and gave great constructive criticism at the end. We loved it so much that we bought a package for part of our kids Christmas presents this year. Awesome experience!

We went for a birthday party for an 11-year-old. Had visited the one in San Antonio first. Great franchises. Great instructors. Absolutely so much fun flying but yet not jumping out of a perfectly good airplane :D
