Atlanta Marriott Marquis Hotel is the meet-up location for all travelers. Good location that's using using Marta train riders, Uber/Lyft drop offs. The hotel has comfortable lobby seating, clean bathrooms, and Starbucks (opened 6am-1pm only) Parking is available, but isn't free! The parking garages and lots are located about one block from the hotel. Parking rates range $10-$30. Please arrive 15-20 min before tour departure.
Tour operates in all weather. Umbrella or rain poncho is recommended for for light rain. For extreme weather conditions, please call the phone number on your voucher to reconfirm tour operation.
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 14 travelers
The morning tour starts from 9:30am-1:30pm and the afternoon tour 2:00pm-6:00pm

Omar is an excellent tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and funny. This tour was one of the best I’ve ever experienced.

Omar was one of the best tour guides that taught history, mixed it with comedy, and related to everyone to make sure they felt included. He gives drinks, snacks, bathroom breaks, and stops at a place that offers all types of food for lunch before drop off. Time flew by during this tour and it's so much good information that you probably have to do it twice. Def worth the money and time and good for all ages.

Our driver Omar was tremendous! He was informative, patient, and seemed to enjoy his work. He couldn’t overcome the hot van! The van was also full and it was hard to move.It was to long a trip in the hot van and by the middle of the trip I just wanted it to end. There were some things out of his control because of COVID. Only the gift shop was open at the King Center and we couldn’t really see into the Tyler Perry studios. I was expecting a coach bus but after driving realized that we would not have been able to go to some of the sights on a bus. The hot van makes my experience poor (and that is generous) Change the van experience and it’s excellent. It’s a terrible trip for senior citizens with health issues.
