Our day started out a little slow, but not due to Jeff but we had some late comers. Once we got in the road, Jeff was knowledgeable, fun and accommodating. We made several stops which included Wadada smoothie place which is a vegetarian establishment and where some of the tourist with us said the smoothie was absolutely amazing. try the mixed veggies patties if you go. We also stopped at Municipal Market where we bought soul food from Metro Deli. I'll recommend the baked chicken or the Salisbury steak. Skip the mac n cheese. The yams we delicious and tasted as though it should've been in a pie. We saw the MLK exhibit, spotted at Tyler Perry Studios, don't expect to go in or see much of that. we got a plethora of knowledge on the history of GA. overall it was an amazing day with shading people. I was with my girls in a girls trip, a well as the other ladies on the tour so it was a fun filled day with all women and I'll recommend you ask for Jeff.

It was a rough start, hot, stuffy and NO leg room. It was a bit uncomfortable but, Omar was kind enough to allow me to sit in the passenger seat. It was much more enjoyable. I learned a lot and appreciated his knowledge. I think it should be mandatory for all to learn this prevalent history.

Our journey ambassador Jeff was not only professional, but also down to earth. His rich knowledge of black history and civil rights was very educational and the reason why we booked the tour. He also periodically paused the tour bus for those who wanted to take pictures of historical land marks. During our rest stops Jeff would point out local restaurants and merchants in the growing economy along the route. He related to us as though we were long time friends. The wife and I had a great time thanks to Jeff! If you’re coming to Atlanta put this on your list of things to do
