We called the day of our booking, tried to verify our reservations and get the exact address for our Uber trip out there. The company’s representative that answered when we called the number listed on the booking couldn’t find our reservations until we sent a screen shot of our confirmation. The worst part about it all was driving around for 30+ minutes trying to find the place after two in depth phone calls with the same company representative we spoke with earlier in the day! The person kept telling up to look for the yellow smiley faces and considering this was a 9:00pm bo
