Avoid this company. I booked a tour and the tour guide never showed up at the meeting point and stood us up. He will not return my calls or emails. They charged my card and a week later I am still fighting to get a refund. Scam.

Hello. We are sorry you weren't able to experience our tour. I assure you, it is not a scam. The other guests who booked this tour were checked in at the correct meeting location. The guide attempted to communicate with you and waited. We apologize that you were not able to find the meeting location and guide.

This was the best ghost tour I have been on! Our family travels a lot and we have been on many different kinds of tours but this one was literally the best! Everyone in our group loved the guide and every stop we made was super creepy! Thanks!

The guide Alec is a great and friendly guy! Very courteous and made wonderful recommendations about where to go after. Alec started off the tour by stating that he really doesnā€™t believe in ghosts, that kind of was a downer. Some people on the tour got to carry around gadgets, but not everyone got the opportunity. I would have paid extra but didnā€™t get the option via Viator. Alec liked to talk while on the move, but if you were near the back of the line, it was hard to hear. Also when we were at a location it was hard to hear because of regular street noise. It was really hard to follow the stories. Again, Alec was great and seemed to try his best. He seemed green in this field. Not my favorite ghost tour, learned very little history and didnā€™t get that good ole spooky feeling.
