Had never been to Austin before. What a fantastic way to get meet the city. We were able to see parts of the city we wouldn’t have been able to had we not taken this fun tour. Ethan was a very knowledgeable tour guide. Thank you

Nathan from Metrocycle canceled our tour by text 40 minutes before time. He said we shouldn’t have used a third party vendor like Trip Advisor to book our tour.

This tour was booked at midnight through a 3rd party website for the following morning. This gave us only one hours notice to set up the tour. I called immediately that morning to reschedule for a little later in the day. However they weren't available so i refunded the customer.

So after driving 3 hours to get to our peditour, Nathan from metrocycle peditours text 40 minutes before our appointment and says they can’t take our group. He said we shouldn’t have booked from a third party vendor such as Trip Advisor. No solution, just refunded our money.
