I am all about sharing my knowledge and having fun with my students!

Great class. Fun, informative, hands on. Jinni is charming. Dumplings were delicious and the time went by fast. We also made new friends. I would recommend this to my friends for sure!

I took this class with my mom and we both went in feeling slightly nervous about our cooking skills. Those feelings immediately went away when we met Jinni, who is incredibly warm and welcoming. She patiently walked us through each step, giving us great tips and practical cooking advice, while sharing interesting stories. We were both so happy to learn how to make delicious dumplings from a pro. I highly recommend this experience, not only because you get to leave with the knowledge and confidence to make your own authentic Chinese dumplings, but also because Jinni is an amazing host who makes you feel like an old friend.
