All of our guides have individual and unique ties to the Amish community and have always enjoyed showing off the “true” Lancaster County. This rich, immersive experience is personally designed to give you a rare window into the authentic Amish culture. Every meal is an amazing experience!

* Please note this tour is not confirmed until we secure an Amish Family host.
* The PA Department of Agriculture requires us to inform you in advance that these meals are prepared in private homes, which are not licensed or inspected.

My sister and I really enjoyed this tour! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the area! We learned many things about the area and about the Amish and Mennonite communities!! Our time with an Amish family for a traditional meal was very special! The food was delicious! The family was very friendly and asked us questions about our lives and welcomed our questions as well. We spent time learning about how they lived and got a close look at the family buggy, the horses and other things on their property. This tour was something I was really looking forward to and I am so glad that I got to do so!! I would recommend it to anyone!

The trip was well organized. Our tour guide, Dale, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The other participants in the tour were also very friendly, which made the tour more fun. The host for dinner was also very friendly and the food was exceptional. I would recommend this tour to everyone.

We enjoyed the entire tour, the history, the Amish information and the meal. Martha was so friendly and easy to talk to, very willing to answer questions and chat! My husband & I didn’t want to leave!
