This 20 minute tour provides amazing landscape views of the Moab Canyon Country! Fly directly over Determination Towers, Monitor and Merrimac Butte on your way to Gemini Bridges! After you circle Gemini Bridges, fly to the Colorado River and glimpse into the Behind the Rocks Area. Also included are Corona Arch, Jeep Arch and Uranium Arch! This tour may be short, but the views are spectacular. You will not be disappointed!

What To Expect

Monitor and Merriamac Rock Formations

Monitor and Merrimac Butte Formations are 2 thin 200 foot tall vertical Entrada Sandstone walls named after the Monitor and Merrimack steamships known for clashing during the Civil War.

Gemini Bridges

Twin natural bridges that span a section of the rim above an arm of Bull Canyon. The gap between the bridges in the middle is about 10 feet wide.

Corona Arch

Corona Arch resembles the famous Rainbow Bridge with smooth lines curving down from a massive stone mountain.

We had an amazingly wonderful time with Tracy as our pilot and Amanda as our Guest Relations guru! Make time to do a helicopter tour of the back country of canyons outside of Moab, UT. I’d say it’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience but I’m sure we’ll be back to do another flight!

What a blast...after hikiing the parks for four days, we got an entirely different perspective from the air. Our pilot was engaging and informative. Just super!
