Suitable for all physical fitness levels
Must be 5 years of age or older to be a passenger. Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid drivers license to operate.
It is required that there is 2 people on each craft (excluding the guide boat). One person must ride with the guide for groups with an odd number of participants
Weight Limit is 250lbs per person (2 persons per boat) with no exceptions. This is not our policy but the weight capacity for the vessel. No refunds will be given to those who show up for their tour not meeting the vessel weight requirements.

Awesome adventure! Lisa made us feel extremely comfortable, and she is very knowledgeable. The Craig Cat is easy and fun to drive, plus makes the trip up close and personal! If you love the water and love nature, this is a must do. Dolphins, ospreys, egrets, we even saw a cardinal bird! The scenery is gorgeous through the 10,000 Islands. An unforgettable trip!

My husband and I had a great experience with Backwater Adventures. We enjoye a 3 hr tour among the 10,000 Islands of SW Fla mangroves. We were up close with wild life including an aligator and dolphins and so many birds including crains and osprey. Our guides, Lisa and Doug, kept a watchful eye on us as we navagated a cool Craig Cat boat of our own. We slowly traveled in the back waters and enjoyed running flat out in open water. The boats are close to the water and comfortable, with seat backs, unlike a canoe or jet ski. While we were concerned about bringing our camera so close to the water, our memories were captured by Lisa, who provided us with copies of our own.

Great tour with Eric including dolphin sighting. Despite a bit of rain, the tour was really worth it.
