Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
If you have previous neck, back, heart, injuries or shoulder dislocations, are pregnant or wearing a hard cast - you will not be able to fly.
In order to provide a safe experience for its customers and instructors, iFLY may not be able to accommodate flyers who weigh between 260-300 lbs and will not be able to accommodate flyers whose weight exceeds 300 lbs. Upon check in for flight reservations, additional evaluation by local staff will be required to determine if flyers between 260-300 lbs can be accommodated and whether additional restrictions may apply.
Minimum age is 3 years
Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver
It is recommended that you wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers or running shoes and comfortable clothes
If you need to reschedule after your reservation is made please call the location directly. Modifications to reservation dates and times cannot be done any other way.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Went as a group of 7 for my 12 year old son's birthday. It was an incredible experience! The wonderful folks at the front desk were very helpful in holding my reservation when we missed our initial time and rescheduled. When we returned they made checking in a breeze, CJ our flight instructor was very upbeat, friendly and had a great personality. He worked very well with the children. My 5 year old daughter was terrified at first but he was able to at least get her into the wind tunnel to jump around even though she refused to fly. Great energy, a wonderful experience. You wouldn't think 60 secs per flight would be enough, but trust me, it IS! We each went in twice, my son got to go three times since he used one of my daughter's flights. High Fly is worth it! Would like to try the virtual reality the next time around.

Finalized on Indoor Skydiving just days before my son's 13 birthday, and we all Loved it! Our group of 7 consisted of ages 8-14 along with my husband and I... and we all participated. CJ, our iFly host was great. He was informative and energetic and ensured that we all were having a good time. Although the flight time is relatively short, it is still a lot of bang for the buck. I totally recommend adding the $10 High Jump as that was clearly a highlight. All in all, we purchased more flights before we left and will be planning another trip for "flight building" so we can "tier up" our abilities to really do tricks inside the tunnel. Truly great for ALL AGES!

Everything was great!!! Only issue is how you go about retrieving photos/videos. I am pretty tech savvy and the site is quite non-user-friendly.
