This is a trip everyone should take the time to take. We had so much fun. This was our 3rd cruise with the Bateaux crew. They remembered us every trip and really roll out the red carpet for you. It was our 35th anniversary and we got a special trip up to the bridge to meet the captain! What an incredible experience!

Trip changed twice at short notice so had to cancel terrible customer service from viator will never use again.

Almost missed departure because we stood at the entrance for almost 45 minutes without anyone showing up to tell us that they changed boats. Food was not good and was ridiculously over priced for the quality. Drinks not included in price. Paid an extra $75 for 6 shrimp, 1 alcoholic drink, and an ice filled fountain soda! Plus the service English was so bad we could barely understand what he was saying and the live band was comically bad!
