I do not recommend this cruise at all. At the time of booking, I was informed that the boat that attracted me was unavailable and they had offered a "similar" ship instead. I reluctantly agreed as there weren't many options left for my anniversary cruise. On the menu, was a delicious sounding bone-in ribeye for an upcharge of $75. Unfortunately, I was told that there would be no steak for that trip so I settled for the chicken which was decently seasoned but very dry. The bread was cold and the desert was served so late, we were minutes from docking. But what really made me a bit annoyed was the fact that upon our preparation to leave, I was given a check for the amount of $5 for a second soda that I was served at dinner. Huh? Really? My wife didn't order any beverage at all and they could have considered that as hers and not charge me? Nevermind the fact that were celebrating our anniversary and a woman who was sitting next to us received a complimentary glass of wine because it was her birthday. WOW Never again.

We had a reservation for Bateaux and when we arrived, they told us the boat was out of use. When going to the new boat they told us to go they wouldn't accept our tickets even though the transaction of the money went through. After they finally let us in, the table was not the one we reserved. For this price, the process and the customer service should've been way better. Very disappointed.

I paid a lot of money to be on a dinner cruise ship that they sent me pictures of. I had planned on a romantic evening dinner, and a cruise, a private table near the window is what the boat showed. I was there with a close friend celebrating our birthdays together. We traveled all the way from Phoenix Arizona for this memorable evening and unknown to me you put on a three Decker boat at a bench table with other people. Definitely not appealing or romantic. In any way. . Not good not what I paid for, had it been $179.a person I wouldn’t be writing this letter but I paid over $1000 And I will need a full refund. We got up and left the boat. I talk to the maître d’ and he said they would do a refund we did not take the cruise because it was nothing like what I was told or Seen on your brochure. If you had told me, this was gonna happen I want this messed up my whole vacation. This was all geared around this dinner cruise. That particular boat has been down for weeks. I should’ve been told this prior to our arrival. This was going to be a very special night for me, and it turned out terrible for me and my date. I am waiting anxiously to see how you handle this.
