Booked for this boat cruise for a special occasion with friends. On arrival, we were welcomed and shown to our seats, excited for an evening meal, music, and cruise along the Hudson River. Unfortunately, after our starters, the information was shared that the cruise couldn’t go ahead as planned due to a technical issue that the captain had been trying to remedy. So, we had a limited cruise along the river but did get to see the amazing skyline at night and the Statue of Liberty. Despite the ‘non cruise’ the food was lovely and the service excellent, all staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. The company immediately offered us another evening cruise but due to our other travel commitments we were unable to do this so were given a full refund. Whilst expensive I cannot recommend this trip highly enough; the food and service were equivalent to a top restaurant, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. And the honesty and integrity when the cruise was unable to go ahead was commendable.
