I was here for dinner cruise while on a business trip. The host company that brought us into the city booked everything. The experience from first stepping on the boat to exiting at the end of the cruise was fantastic. Staff and crew were very professional and friendly. The trip around NY harbor down around the tip of Manhattan up to just past the Brooklyn Bridge and back down pausing at Statue of Liberty was beautiful. Food was great and I really appreciated my waiter, Benjamin, who recommended their signature butter cake with ice cream for dessert. It was amazing! The views between courses on the back deck were gorgeous as were the views from our table, which were window seats. The live entertainment was also pretty good and appropriate for the type of cruise/event we were there for. Lastly, the hot from the oven chocolate chip cookie on the way off the boat as second dessert was a great final treat. Fun time!

We booked the most special excursion I could find to celebrate our first anniversary. Roses, champagne, Private table by the window. It was sooo expensive, but this was a special night for us. We were at the pier exactly at 7, when the directions said to be there... the boat was still in the harbor and hadn’t left, it was still hooked to the moorings- but the plank to the boat was blocked off. I had our tickets on my mobile. My boyfriend was talking with one guy who seemed willing to let us down the ramp, but asked another guy who asked if we had our tickets. Yes, I said holding up my mobile tickets...which wasn’t enough, we were to get paper tickets somewhere apparently .... He said no, and told the other guy they were leaving.... he ignored my boyfriend who was trying to talk to him, while I stood next to him tearing up. If we needed to check in in advance BEFORE 7 and get paper tickets despite being told mobile were okay, we should have been warned in advance. I will never book through this company or Trip Advisor again. The inaccuracy of the information is unforgivable. Our special evening was ruined.

We were over in NYC to celebrate mine and my husband's 40th birthdays with 4 friends and wanted to do something a little bit different and special so chose the Bateaux dinner cruise. We got off to a rocky start as our waiter took our drinks order but only came back with half of it and we had to chase for a bottle of red that he hadn't brought back to us. Another lady went to look for it and didn't come back either so after about another 15 mins we spoke to the man in charge and he went to look for it and came back 5 mins later saying they didn't have that particular bottle but offered another (more expensive) bottle for the same price and apologised for the inconvenience. When he found out our food order hadn't yet been taken he also took that from us rather than us having to wait for our server to get round to it. After that things went more smoothly and the food was amazing. There is about an hour wait between courses so plenty of time to head outside to take in the breathtaking sights. We pulled up alongside the Statue of Liberty around 9pm and the boat stopped there for a bit to allow everyone the chance to take photos. The band were very good too.
