The beginning, trying to taste and smell the different flavors and notes, and towards the end the coffee roasting process and smell of freshly roasted beans. Really nice tour! Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable.

The first stop, where we learned about aroma, body, and acidity was a great place to start. It set the stage for the rest of the tasting experience. He provided a thorough history of the origins of coffee and how it made its way to the United States. Duel was very personable-a great ambassador for Pensacola. I will never look at coffee in the same way and probably never buy coffee at the grocery store again. Iā€™m going to only use my local roasters. I wish the gentleman at the last stop could have given us less detail on the science of roasting and more information on brewing an excellent cup of coffee at home.

Duel is an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable. The tour itself was very interesting. We learned a lot not just about coffee, but also Pensacola history. We had delicious hot drinks and treats at each stop. A good variety. We would highly recommend this tour. We were looking for a different tour experience and this certainly fit the bill. Can't wait to go back and do other tours with Duel.
