This review is strictly for the chair umbrella rental. The reservation clearly states it's from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We arrived late for our chair as our flights were delayed. We arrived at 4 p.m. and the desk attendants said " we are not going to give you the chair" we are closing at 4:30 p.m. and after I told them my reservation clearly says the reservation time is from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. so I have an hour left to use the chair, they made me feel so uncomfortable and they were rude and they said " you have 15 mins to use" after finally telling them that's what the reservation time was so for. They couldn't find my reservation at first either. We were literally chased out of the umbrella at 4:30 p.m. This is unacceptable! Staying at the Sheraton, we should not be treated like cattle! The hotel itself is so impersonal and big and then to arrive to a reserved chair that you are chased out of. Please keep in mind, sunset isn't until like 7 p.m. so you are left with no chairs for 2 hours. The service was unacceptable.

We are so sorry to hear you had less than a 5 star experience and that you didn't feel welcome by our staff. We will be sure to review with them our standard for excellent customer service so this shouldn't happen again. Our operating hours are 8:00a- 5:00p, and state law requires we have all equipment cleared from the beach by 5:00p. Again we are so sorry for the inconvenience, and please let us know how we could have made this a 5 star experience for you. Mahalo.
