I had a very nice time on Beale Street, you really don't even have to have any money to enjoy yourself, just the sight seeing itself is what i enjoyed the most.

We went on the Belle Street walking tour and the Historic walking tour. The tours were very informative and a wonderful way to begin our stay in Memphis. Our guide, Megan was great. We enjoyed her tours so much, we decided to take the Mojo bus tour the next day. It was a very fun tour too. As we drove along, Eric, our guide told us about the early days of music in Memphis and the singers and musicians that got their start there. He played the guitar and sang as we toured the area. Very talented guy.

First time to Memphis, highly recommend doing this very interesting walking tour. Our guide Mike Pogson was humerous, knowlegeable and informative, which we appreciated. It was very casual walk so good for all ages and physical ability, to include wheelchairs.
